What is Bionik Strongwoman?
Our Strongwoman group is for any women who love our alternative way of strength training using traditional and specialist Strongwoman implements such as logs, sandbags, stones and much more!
Its not just for those who want to be competitive but for anyone who wants to push themselves and love strength training!
We also have an active team prepping for competitions who all support each other helping the entire group grow and achieve bigger and better outcomes!

The Strongwoman group is truely something special. It's a community of inspirational women first, and a gym class second. I've never had any confidence especially in the gym and being in this group every week is slowly helping that. I do things I never thought I would ever be able to and I get help and guidance from some of the best coaches in Manchester. Being a part of this group is truely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've even entered a Strongwoman competition now which is saying a lot coming from someone like me. Thanks for making something so amazing!

I started at bionik in feb 2024, in past I couldn’t stay at a gym longer than a month but since starting at bionik I’ve managed to stay and enjoy going! The atmosphere in the gym is amazing and everyone is very helpful! Since being at bionik I made a debut in competing in strongwoman I was trained by a bionik pt who helped me with the training, members at the gym and other pts at the gym have been very helpful with my journey. It’s like being apart of one big gym family! I highly recommend going to Bionik if you are looking at starting at the gym, someone going back into fitness, arm wrestling, powerlifting or strongman/woman there’s something for everyone
